[PH] Grounding Teen (Phone) causes tense moodlet (breaking grounding)

My child sim was grounded for making a mess and I chose "No phone". Immediately not only did he get tense for breaking the grounded rule, but both the parents were trying to reprimand him because of it. And for all 3 sims involved, the action 'Reprimand/get reprimanded for breaking grounded' kept popping up and canceling out in an endless loop. I could only Undo the whole grounding by aging the child sim down and aging him back up. Even removing him from the family and bringing him back didn't cancel it.
