When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

I am completely devastated to lose all my family's photos!! Photos of family members who have long passed away, baby photos, school graduations, life long friends... everything gone! 😭
- Are you using mods/cc and if so, did you remove them ? I only use 4 mods & Yes, I removed them
- What is your game version ? 1.121.342.1030DX9
- What platform are you playing on ? Windows PC
- Is this happening to existing photos that were fine before the patch ? Yes
- Does it happen with new photos/paintings? No
- Does it happen on new saves ? They are existing photos taken before the latest patch.
- Does it matter how you take the photo or if you add any filter ? Most did not have filters
- How big is your screenshot folder in documents ? 3.07 GB
