When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct section to put this post in or not. I would put it in the bug reports, but there has already been a thread there

claiming that the issue has been fixed. However, it apparently has not been fixed in my game. I know that this was supposedly fixed (not retroactively) in a previous patch, but I never had this issue in this particular save until today, as far as I'm aware. I have attached a screenshot of all of the photos I noticed that went black in this sims room when I loaded into the game today. I was playing with another household in the same save several days back, and I don't think I have any photos up in their house, so I'm not sure if the issue was technically occurring back then or not. The photos in my sims inventories are not black. I do usually have mods and CC, but I disabled them and checked if the issue was still happening, and it was. If anyone could provide any info or help related to this, that'd be appreciated. Thank you.
Mods/CC: Yes, but tested without, and the issue still persisted
