When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

My pictures are still black on the wall . I am getting tired of being told to post here and there. Why can't you just fix this problem? Before the update on the third my pictures were Blacked out on the wall. Than on the third after the update my wants and fears were not working but my pictures were not blacked out anymore on the wall. On the 12 after the update my wants and fears started working again but my pictures on the wall are blacked out again. It would be nice to have them back. You guys had them back on the third on console but after the update on the 12th they are back the way they are. You can shut the system off, delete the game, re down load it and they are still like that in every save file I have on console.
