When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢
Every time I take a photo with my Sims, the picture works...

I updated my game on Saturday, February 21, 2026 and when I entered house holds that have not been played since autumn 2025, the paint-by-reference photos were white / blank, with all the Sim fam memories disappeared.
If no future update will fix this bug, can EA let us know? Muchas gracias!
