When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

Is this an issue specifically with photos that were placed on the wall and then had the live mode frame added to it? I lost a lot of photos with the last bug and I'd really like to hang up photos again. If I get a frame from build buy and then click on it in live mode to add photos or drag photos to it, were those also bugged? I guess I'm wondering historically what has not been bugged, since this seems to happen a lot.
