When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

I've been seeing multiple threads on this issue so I created a room, saved all of my legacy photos there and uploaded it to my library. When I place the room, all of the saved photos are now black. In addition, the photos in the houses I've played in are also black. is there a way to fix the photos in the room from my gallery?
