When I place photos taken with phones or cameras in my Sims’ house, they turn black when I exit the game and come back to play!!!! 😢😢

Hi, I'm playing on my Xbox and whenever I load in my world my photos are still black and my canvas. I tried everything I thought could work but nothing. I still have this problem and its upsetting because I played my save file for a very long time and I have amazing photos I'm so proud. Now I can't see give them. Please fix this soon. Anytime of photos have gone black, photobooth, graduation, funerals, and cameras. I hope you see this report. thank you.
I'm just a player like yourself (Xbox also) but I can tell you that your black photos can never be restored. They fixed the problem to prevent it from happening with new photos, but any photos that are already black are gone for good. The data no longer exists and can't be recovered.
