My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

I don't know English and I'm writing through a translator, so sorry if there are any mistakes.
I encountered the same problem. My character takes a selfie, then if I exit the game and come back, the photos will turn black, regardless of whether they are in the inventory or on the wall.
But I also noticed that if I take a photo, go to another house, then return home, exit the game and come back, the photos do not turn black.
I checked this with DirectX 9 and DirectX 11 enabled in turn. I checked with both old and new saves, with and without mods, and the problem remained the same in any case.

I just tried this and this is what happened in my game too.
If I travel to another lot before saving/exiting the game, the pictures I just placed in the house are intact. If I stay on my lot they turn black.
After reloading the game I tried moving around the pictures, changing filter/frame before exiting without travelling: it seems once they are "saved" using the previous method they are not turning black again.
Last test: if the pictures stay in inventory while you travel then save the game, they remain intact as well.
So, not a fix but that’s better than not playing for now and I hope these informations can help EA find a permanent solution.
NB: I made a back-up and restored my game before doing these tests so it was a new file with absolutely no mods or CC. I have each and every packs, events rewards in game.

Do you exit the game completely and come back? Or just save and exit to the main menu?
