My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

I spent minutes to almost an hour trying to get my sims poses right for photos just for all of my photos to be completely black when I load up my save again. I am completely disappointed because I spent lots of time trying to get this together. I know this bug dates back years and for the record all of my photos went STRAIGHT to the personal inventory. Apparently there’s no fix but I’m really hoping someone could prove me wrong because if not I am really discouraged from playing again.
