Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

I didn't realize this was a known issue that EA either refuses to fix or just doesn't care. I have been having this issue on and off for months. I've repaired every inch of the game,  deleted mods; and everything you could think of. I read through some other's experiences and the absolutely silly "fix" Ea suggested. I'm sorry, not sorry, but I refuse to sit there and do the tedious task of individually saving every little picture I've ever used into my gallery and having to spend hours or days replacing every single one on every single lot every single time I want to play. I have builds that vary from large to small and even a mall in one world, do you realize how many images are possibly placed on a lot like that? We should not have to take the time to jump through hoops and hurdles to have a working game. So when it's fixed let us know, I guess until then I'll just have to not have images of any kind on any lot; cause this is ridiculous and I seriously hope you guys start taking the time to care about stuff like this and fixing it. It is honestly making me not want to even play the game at all for multiple reasons, including because the gallery is still having the same issue where you can't upload build to the gallery at all; and can only once in a while if you're lucky save a build to your library. That has been an issue for months that is still not even looked into. It is getting tiring, the game is unplayable at this point; because the most important parts of the game don't even work. To say this is all infuriating would be an understatement, to say the least.
