Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

Whenever my sims take pictures and I leave the game, I return to find the photos black.

This has occurred with and without mods and after repairing the game. I will not uninstall and reinstall as I'm playing on legacy that's been going for almost a year.

I did start a new save and this issue also persisted there.

On checking the files, there's no texture saved for the pictures.

The only work around is to take the picture, put them into the inventory of a sim, and have that sim travel off lot and then save on another lot.

This issue has been mentioned in prior bug reports but is still going and hasn't been addressed. It's been over 2 months and I worry it's been forgotten by the Sims team.
