My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console.

In the sims 4 games, WHY are my photos turning black. No I have deleted all my mods, etc. I have updated all the packs, WHY after taking the photos 90% of them turn black when the next time i log in. This is really annoying and ruins the fun of playing generations style when i cant even have photos of my sims. Instead of adding 100s of kits, pack etc. make your game work. AND it was so hard to find a place to leave feedback. Wtf
