Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

I’m experiencing the “black photos” bug after updating to patch 1.116.202.1030.

• All photographs that were in my Sims’ personal inventory BEFORE the update now show as completely black (both in the inventory and if I place them in the world).  
• Photos already hanging on walls remain normal.  
• New photos taken after the update save and display correctly.  

Troubleshooting I tried:
- Deleted localthumbcache.package and localsimtexturecache.  
- Removed all mods/CC and tested in a vanilla game.  
- Repaired the game via EA App.

The issue persists only for photos that existed before the patch. New saves and new photos are unaffected, which makes me believe the update corrupted existing photo data in save files.

Please look into this — many legacy memories get lost when older photos turn black. Thank you!
