Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

Just commenting to say the only thing to help avoid all photos and paintings in my sims' inventories from going all black/white is to do what a couple other people have suggested: before saving, press the M key, travel to another lot in another neighborhood, then travel back home and Save As, then quit the game. Saving any other way won't prevent all photos/paintings in inventories from turning black/white. 

I never had this bug until a month ago, it cropped up a couple times but nothing really serious. Since this last update, I loaded a save and saw all the photos and paint from reference paintings in inventories were blank, turns out it did this to every household, but everyhing on the walls were fine. Spent the time I wanted to use playing the game instead just trying to figure out a way around the bug.
