Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

I really feel for anyone whose legacy is ruined by this bug 😢

I often dread opening an older save.
So far I've managed to keep all the photos by saving the game right after my Sim has used the camera.
Call me a chicken when I save all the photos in my gallery on walls...just in case. It has saved me from ruin though.
I've had a game crash where the pictures went black. When I retrieved a backup from the gallery, some of the pictures in the house were automatically recreated, but one of the pictures belonged to a different household? Strange.

If my Sim were to move, I would save all their pictures in the gallery before moving and retrieve them into the new house after moving.
I don't know if it works without problems, since I usually expand my homes instead of moving. (I'm a bit lazy on that point.)
