Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)

From yesterday (07/22) to today (07/23) the photos of my Sims turned completely black. When I take them with the camera and put them on the wall, they remain normal until I save and close the game. As soon as I enter again, all the photos become just a large blackboard. I tested it in other saves, and in all of them all the pictures in the wall with the photos of my Sims are completely black.

• I play on the console (Xbox) so I don't have any mod installed.
• I don't have the fairy expansion pack for obvious reasons.

I've already tried to remove the frame, change the frame, put the pictures in the Sims inventory to see if it would return to normal as well as I also tried to put it in the family/group inventory to see if the photo returned to normal but nothing changes, it remains eternally black.

I saw that some people had this same problem, but it was years ago and only on PC, so, if someone have this same problem on the console, or have gone through this problem at some point and solved it, I accept tips since I like to have the photos of my Sims to maintain some track of the legacy in which I play.
