I have tried to put photos my sim took of their family into the digital photo frame and every time I come back to my game, all the photos in the digital photo frame have turned completely pitch black.
I have this problem as well. They are black in the inventory. As well as I had a sim graduate and his picture showed up in my inventory as just a white square. I play on PC and no mods
I’m shocked this isn’t a more popular issue! I was devastated to find the photos I had on my Sims’ wall had gone black for no apparent reason!
For me, the WORST bug, because I make a lot of photos for my legacy, and now, I lost most of the photo where sims appear and I cannot take the photo again, BECAUSE THEIR DEAD AND I HAVE 13 GENERATIONS
Having the same issue for console! I tried saving my sim university photo I can’t even see it but I can see my other photos.
