this has also happened to me. when it first happened, I retook the photos, put it in room and saved it to the gallery and they were fine. but after the update, all of the saved photos in my gallery turned black. it looks like that this bug has been here for years too. there are posts from years back on reddit, TikTok, Quora and Facebook. every update and new pack, without a fix turns our photos, paintings, grave photos, celebrity photos and graduation photos blank or black. PLSS talk about this ea. i haven't been on for weeks because of this devastating bug. all of our sims memories are gone...
