I'm experiencing the same problem, it's been like that for about two weeks. All my photos turn black, it doesn't matter, if I keep them in the inventory or hang them on walls.
When I take a photo with any type of camera, it looks normal, but when I save the game and open it again, the photos are black. Photos taken by mobile phone were ok until yesterday, then they also started turning black.
I recently bought the Moschino pack, because I wanted to use the tripod, but now I can't take any photos.
I'm running a few mods, but I deleted them and try it without them and it's still the same.
