I'm getting this last exception error in build mode/when placing my lot. I removed all of my CC/mods to see if that was the cause, but it still occurs infrequently with nothing installed. I started a new save when I removed everything to test for the issue and the LE popped up again. It seems to be related to small businesses, but as stated, this lot was never one. When I started this save a week ago to build, I had no small businesses in my save and haven't been in gameplay.

I went straight into the lot when I started a new save after evicting the household, so I believe there was never a small business there. I didn’t add one.
