I'm getting this last exception error in build mode/when placing my lot. I removed all of my CC/mods to see if that was the cause, but it still occurs infrequently with nothing installed. I started a new save when I removed everything to test for the issue and the LE popped up again. It seems to be related to small businesses, but as stated, this lot was never one. When I started this save a week ago to build, I had no small businesses in my save and haven't been in gameplay.

Sorry to bump, but I found something that might be important to mention. Something else I've noticed, I've started building another lot and when I load into a lot that was never a Small Business, the Small Business items tab is the first thing the game loads into, opposed to the usual Build/Buy objects. I also get the red Small Business dollar sign while building non-Small Business lots.
