I'm getting this last exception error in build mode/when placing my lot. I removed all of my CC/mods to see if that was the cause, but it still occurs infrequently with nothing installed. I started a new save when I removed everything to test for the issue and the LE popped up again. It seems to be related to small businesses, but as stated, this lot was never one. When I started this save a week ago to build, I had no small businesses in my save and haven't been in gameplay.

This is the only one I can get. You know how when you build a lot of a certain type, such as a lounge, the game shows you objects suitable for that lot type? I see the small business items when I first load into a normal resendential sometimes. As for the other one, certain items trigger what I'm describing. I don't really know which items they are unfortunately. I'm not sure if any of this is normal it just seemed related to me.
Not seen this in my game. The game must think it's a small business lot type.
Do you have this on some specific lots only or on any ? Does it happen on specific lot types ? Or just empty lots ?
Have you tried a new save for testing (without placing that faulty lot)
