Platforms and half walls affect roof trims

If you place a platform close to a roof, it causes a visual glitch on the roof trim on both sides. This only happens when the roof has inward-facing eaves (when the roof overhang is pulled inward).

The same thing happens if you place a half wall close to the roof, such as when creating a chimney. The roof trim glitches on both sides.

The screenshots were taken on a PS5. I also tested this on a Mac with no mods installed, and the same issue occurs.

The bug only happens when the roof eaves are pulled inward.

I have Asus budget 2yr old gaming PC, all dlc except few recent kits, nocc: I didn't patch update game since 2-3 updated ago, before the can't hug pets patch. I tested with halfwall 1st, no issue. Then tested with platform & this bug occured, meaning bug was before latest patches EA_Solaire @TheSims

We’ve improved how roof trim segments work so nearby geometry does not incorrectly clip or invalidate the trim. This addresses a visual issue where platforms or half walls were placed close to a roof with inward-facing eaves.

Fixed in Patch 1.128.90/2.39
