To be able to cope with the current mass of bug reports, there's a few measurements in place that help me to stay on top.
Also PLEASE keep up with your threads. If the status is incomplete/troubleshooting, more info is needed from your side. It can happen that I miss answers so make sure to @ tag me when you answer. I do my best to keep up but it's currently hard. Please don't tag me on threads that are Review/Under Investigation or Needs Info. I've done my part on those and they are on Maxis to look into. Tag a Community Manager if you need further help with these.
For Needs Info threads, make sure to send your saves to EA as per this thread: [INFORMATION] How to Send User Files to The Sims 4 Team.
- Non-English posts: Will be closed as unsupported even if there's a board for them. They will be moved out later as time allows.
- Multi Reports: Will be closed without comment from me. Please make sure to create one thread per issue and check the the compiled list
- Duplicates: Threads that already have a bug report will be closed down as duplicates and later merged when time allows.
- Anything mentioning mods/not tested without: Will be moved to the mods forum. Please test without ANYTHING. No BetterException/No MC Command Center/No CC and no anything else in your mods folder except the resource.cfg file. Also please be truthful about your mod usage. It serves no one if claimed to have them removed when you didn't. Reshade and Gshade also count as modded as well as any lighting mods or other files you add elsewhere except houses/Sims added to your tray folder or downloaded from the gallery.
- Anything NOT mentioning platform/mod usage: Will be set to incomplete. You won't be able to upvote these. Please post instead.
