Links and filtering doesn't currently work well in the bug forum.

There's two workarounds:

Open links and filter in a new window
Refresh your browser window after clicking the link.
To create a new thread, you can also just click this link:
https://forums.ea.com/category/the-sims-4-en/ideas/the-sims-4-bug-reports-en/create (if clicking doesn't work, copy/paste the link to your browser address bar)
