Unfortunately, the gnomes keep moving, as you can see from the video. The save is not a new one, but it's vanilla, I use it to test new patches.

I noticed gnomes moving around when I went to The Gnome's Bar in Henford-On-Bagley. I have the lastest patch
Same spot where I noticed. I will try to put gnomes on my residential lot and see what happens.
