Unfortunately, the gnomes keep moving, as you can see from the video. The save is not a new one, but it's vanilla, I use it to test new patches.

I just updated with 2.15 PS4 and they are still wiggling the same.
4 DLC: ROM, Spooky SP, Paranormal SP and that Waterslide SP.
