After the start screen, a new user agreement comes up, but there’s no cursor. no controls are allowing me to read or accept anything. And as a result, I can’t get past the first screen and play the game, whether I like their agreement or not.

Are you able to use the d-pad or sticks to scroll down to view the entire agreement, or are no buttons responding at all?
There were no buttons. But I restarted the game 4 times. The first two time the image I attatched came up with no options. The third time it was just a continuous spinning wheel. Not the main one. Then finally the fourth time it gave me the option to accept, with buttons at the bottom to accept or read the agreements. So eventually, after restarting it a few times it worked and I got to the main screen.
