[PSP] Paranormal Investigator: Performance bar not going up

I am not using mods.

Following my sim:

My issue is not the same as the one on the link you mentioned abovein the case where i am following my sim on the gig, as the performance bar in my case is completely stuck on “average” during the paranormal investigator gig and stays stuck there no matter the result of the gig, successful or not.

Sending my sim alone:

If i sent it alone then yes, has many similarities with the link above, as the performance bar is moving gradually towards “excellent”, but from one gig only, even if i select the “work hard” option, is not possible to reach the “excellent” yellow check mark and this is logical. When the gig completes and my sim comes back, even if the yellow check mark is not reached, the performance bar returns back to “average”. With this there is a lack of information if i achieved the first milestone of the freelancer career and i moved to the next. My gig payment is getting higher though as if this have already happened, but i have never received the freelancer badge as if it haven’t, so this is contradictory.

This issue (the send alone) is happening in multiple careers while i am playing with other households on my game in other worlds.

The issue i am experiencing when i am following my sim i couldn’t find it while searching for it as a bug. This is the reason why i reported it as a different one.

thanks for the details. Could you edit your post to be about following the Sim only and add your voice to the thread I linked for the other, basically splitting this up in two thread ?

So i edited the initial text in order to reflect the issue that was not already mentioned from other users. I used your link to add the other issue i am experiencing.
