Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Spent sooo much...

I can’t locate cursor. It will allow me to click stuff but I can’t see what i’m clicking. It has been going on for days. I’ve tried everything from resetting to reinstalling game. Also everything else they said to do, nothing is working
