Can’t save my game. When I switch to needs etc game sends me to load screen. Cursor disappears so I can’t even scroll or play when the save option works which is like 10% of the time. Spent sooo much money on this game and being unable to play is disappointing. Please fix soon!!!!

Sims 4 on ps5 is not working. When i'm in the game the small white arrow that help us touching stuff isn't there so i can't play. Same as when i make new sims the whole thing just stopped working ...
I'm unsure if I'm doing something wrong. But I don't have a curser to select my sim to change outfit. No other form of curser. And in build mode unable to stretch resize anything. It's rather frustrating. I haven't played for a long while. So unsure if it's me doing something wrong

Where is the cursor for the cas in sims 4 on the ps5 i have to spend time spinning the analogue stick slowly until the correct section on my sim lights up what is going on?
This is still and issue with my Playstation 5.
I am actually pissed cause I'm a content creator I've had to put my whole schedule on hold especially when the new pack drops tomorrow, all because i can't do anything in sims rn I can't build or anything.
Which means I can't make any freaking content 😭 i am seriously starting to get upset I've spent over $800 AUD on sims for this to just stop me from being able to play.
On the Playstation 5 in build mode (haven't checked live mode yet) the cursor has disappeared making it impossible for me to build anything, is anyone else experiencing this?
I've checked it's fully updated, I restored licensing and I don't wanna have to uninstall and reinstall because I'll have 51 add-ons to redownload and that's 100gb of data I don't have to waste right now.
Please help🙏🙏🙏🙏as a content Creator this is a major delay to my schedule due to your game breaking just before the new pack launch.
