[PS/XB] Game preferences resetting

I play on XBox Series X and I keep having this issues with all the game options returning to default every time I load the game — specifically the settings for the cameras, and also show controls legend and controls overlay reminder. 

Sims 4 PS4 every time I load into the game I have to redo my changes to the camera settings, my gameplay, environment, and pack settings carry over from session to session but I have to manually check to invert horizontal camera rotation every session.

Yes, happening with me on PS5 as well. The interface size adjustment, control legends e control reminder always return to default when I start the game.

This has happened to me to and I'm getting quite annoyed with it I hope they fix it soon.

Playing on Xbox 1. After the new update, the control interface on the right side of the screen showed up in build mode. I removed it in the game options, saved, and it disappeared. Next time I log on, playing in the same save & same exact lot in build mode, the controls appear again. I go into Game Options, and the box to disable the control menu is rechecked even though I unchecked it last time. Every time I play now, I have to go into game options and disable the control menu. I also unchecked some data sharing options and those too have been reset every time I log on.

Also, the alien baby bassinet from Get to Work and the pee bush from Snowy Escape still appear 'yellow' with a star next to them and unused in the build mode menu, even though I have used the items before. I click on them to make them un-yellow, save, and it goes away. However, just like with the control menu the next time I open the save they are yellow again with a star signaling a new item.

Also, the Gallery sometimes doesn't appear even though I am connected to the internet. I sometimes have to restart the game multiple times to get it to appear. All of this has only happened since the latest update.

Please fix, this is so annoying.

I'm also having this issue, even after the new patch they haven't fixed it but I wonder if it's on the to do list?

I have exactly the same problem but on PlayStation 4 it seems this problem started on Thursday When some patch came out, I asked this question on the Russian-language forum on Sims,They told me that I need to go to this forum, there is the same situation as on Xbox and Ps5 Try this answer to technical support to solve this problem

I have the same issue on console. I have to turn it off every time I reload the game.

Since last update the following now happens. I play on XBox. No I do not own the Enchanted yet. 

-Setting never save, always reset every open... Always acts like I just downloaded the new packs/kits... Stupid tutorials open everytime I open my save... All furniture shows as new since it tells me everytime that I just downloaded the packs...
