I have exactly the same problem but on PlayStation 4 it seems this problem started on Thursday When some patch came out, I asked this question on the Russian-language forum on Sims,They told me that I need to go to this forum, there is the same situation as on Xbox and Ps5 Try this answer to technical support to solve this problem
