Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

just happened to me again.
The Sim I'm playing (green vest) was in his San Myshuno apartment kitchen when suddenly another Sim (blue shirt) walked in through the outside wall. They've never met. Didn't even use the door.
