Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

Got this bug back and forth for a while in my saves when random townies keep walking inside my house using things without being invited to come inside. I had it before long time ago and then it was fixed, but with the latest update I notice it appeared again. Annoying in many ways since it seems weird that people can walk through your house and then walk inside without being invited.
