Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

My Sim lives in a San Myshuno apartment, and I've started noticing random Sims walking in- From thin air. The door is set to household only, and I saw Kyle Kyleson walking in from the air next to my apartment, right into it, walking through the wall.
I've not been able to replicate it in other saves and it seems to happen with mods disabled as well. I play on the latest patch.
This is one of the reasons I don't have my sims live in apartments anymore which is a shame 🙁 random sims my sim has never met used to just appear out of thin air inside the apartment in the spice district or just phase through the walls and continue going on their way out into thin air even though my door was set to household members only and I couldn't ask them to leave or interact with them in any way. Once my sim got home from work and there was three random sims in her apartment eating and chatting at the table. One of them was the spitting image of Jesus himself and the fact that he phased through the door and walked on the air when he left and just vanished, well, that weirded me out a bit 🤨😂
I have had this happen a few times lately on my Mt Komorebi house, glad to know it is not just me.
I've had this happen when I load into a different household in apartments, also have had it where sims who are walking down by the sidewalk somehow phase through and start walking through my sims apartment and then disappear.
