Sometimes sims who are just walking through the neighborhood seem to cut through my sims’ backyard and house. My sims don’t know them, and haven’t invited them in. They just walk through and go?

I used this image below in another bug report to show how customers left once I closed my business, but I also had several NPC sims who weren't customers come in when I opened, just to walk this exact path (shown below) THROUGH the business, through the employee-only area, and out the front door of my sim's home (residential only area). They weren't even acquaintances of my sim. So I think it belongs here in this thread, since they didn't stop to do anything but passed right through as though no "rules" were set on these areas.
