• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
• Could you roughly translate what the tool tip says ?

Hi, crinrict​ i don't have mods or cc.
It basically says ""You need the reward "dreams come true" by the souls journey"" 
but as you can see she's completely done with it :(

could you try if it works if you use this cheat: traits.equip_trait trait_MovingOn_Hidden_DreamsFulfilled

Doesn't require testing cheat, just make sure the Sim is active
