Rectangular Chimney with Cap has graphical issues and a duplicate swatch

Rectangular Chimney with Cap (chimneyDGMed_01) from the base game has this weird texture issue on its forth, sixth, seventh and eighth swatches.

The fifth and eighth swatches (both green) also appear to be otherwise identical.
