Removing ground level floors seems to be buggy. I can remove the floor, but it doesn't actually remove the floor, but it...does. Light still passes through as though it were not there. The attached v...

egingell_1 Hi! I did some testing to see if this would happen for me on PS5 but it didn't. I took this video to show what happens in my game. https://youtu.be/pOEEgEudGk4?feature=shared
Is this happening for you on other lots or just that one?

JonaO703 You say that was on the PS5? I don't recognize those controls in the top right (the up/down button specifically). Does it change if you have a mouse plugged in? (Edit: it does).
I'm modifying an pre-built room ("Styled room") called "Geek Bedroom". The lot is in Windenburg. I've renamed it and I don't remember the original name, but it's the biggest lot on the southwest island. I named it "Von-Hindenburg Estate". Many of the rooms in that lot are detached, but they're still connected via underground tunnels.

egingell_1 I tested with a mouse and keyboard to see if that made a difference but I still was not able to replicate the issue you're having. 😖 Once I remove the floor and the ceiling of the room below, the stairwell is open and no ground is showing.
Are you playing on PS4 or PS5? I also have a PS4 and can try testing there as well. I don't have Get Together, so I can't test the lot you mentioned. I also didn't see the Geek Bedroom styled room so I'm guessing I don't have the pack for that either. Would you be willing to test this setup in another world like Newcrest maybe? Also, would you be willing to share your lot on the Gallery? I kind of would like to test it in my game to see if I get the same thing as you. If so, please provide your Gallery name (if different than here) and name the lot something like "Remove Ground Floor Issue", so other players know there is a problem
In the meantime, I wondered if it might help to do a power cycle to clear your cache; exit the game, use the menus to power down the system, wait for the light to stop flashing, disconnect the power source, wait about 30 seconds, reconnect the power source, power up the system and launch the game.
As a last resort, you may wish to do a complete uninstall / reinstall. I know what a pain this is. 🙁
