Restaurants and other community areas not staffed and no NCPs

Even restaurants that i own are not staffed and there is never any customers. There is no NCPs on any community lot, vets, bars, restaurants, etc really affects playability. I'm on a Mac with no m...

Do you have this happening on all your saves or just a specific one ?
Have you tried resetting your user folder as well as repairing your game ?

    it now appears that this only happens on saves post 8th September 2024. Any suggestions? i'd rather not lose a year and a half of gameplay...
