Whenever I wish for romance and it turns white in the well before someone would appear from the well. For some reason this just started a month ago, no one will appear from the well turning white. The soulmate for the person wishing will not appear.

I just had this happen, too. My sim didn't get the moodlet and it didn't say she her wish was granted, but the light from the well turned white like it does when the wish comes true at the top level.
I had this occur, tried using cheats to force and both the negative and positive forced outlook does not produce another sims (soulmate or enemies to lovers). Very dissapointing.

Have the same issue. When I have MCCC installed, it lets me know a Last Exception has occurred in-game.
I've had this issue occur since around the time Lovestruck was released. It kind of ruins the point of Romantic Garden Stuff if you can't use the wishing well to wish for romance.
