I was recording a video about the 1 monarch per world limit and decided to experiment a bit and ended up having 2 rulers in Ciudad Enamorada.
Steps:
- Level Cordelia Thebe to level 10 of the Noble Career branch so that she's Queen of Ondarion.
- Upload the household to the gallery
- Go to Ciudad Enamorada and have any Sim join the Noble career and level them up to be Kingdom Ruler.
- Go to the gallery and move the Thebes to Ciudad Enamorada.
What I expect:
Since there's a 1 monarch per world limit, I expected Cordelia to be demoted to level 9 of the Noble career OR a pop up giving me the option of which ruler to keep.
What happened:
There's now 2 monarchs of Ciudad Enamorada. Queen Cordelia and King Aziz. Both have full access to the throne interactions.

This is a new save in a fresh install of The Sims 4 (I completely uninstalled the game and deleted all the game folders from my hard drive and reinstalled it at the start of the year). I do not have any mods or cc. I do have literally all of the DLC.
