[RL] All babies are being born 'secret'

Having this issue as well. 

My game has never had any mods or CC installed at any point, and I am still having this issue. So while it’s possible that mods are having an impact on this in your game, they are not the sole cause.

Also, I tested it with MCCC in the game PLUS not using the mod to get a sim pregnant and that made the sims legitimate finally. But still, w/o the mod and playing completely bare, all sims come out illegitimate.

My two sims, who've only had a relationship with each other and are married, had two kids together, but the family tree is saying one of them is a secret child? None of my sims are noble, if that mattered.

Could you send your save to EA ? If you have a backup from before the baby was born, that would be even better.

PC version, playing with mods.
MCCC, BS Drugs (Deleted).
Started as all children were born illegitimate, but after I deleted BS drugs (there was some exception related to cheks queue) and adjusted all possible related to children MCCC moduls, ALL kids started to be born legitimate. 
So, I did some tests with and without mods.
There is still a problem:
If the family where the child is to be born is not actively played at the moment of birth, all kids are born legitimate, even though this is clearly an affair.
It prevents drama and scandalls to happen.
It happens no matter active or deleted MCCC.
Do not matter whether the family is in the played category or not if you are currently not in the households where birth started.
For me, it breaks the gameplay a lot, if playing with several households in some iteration (as I do mostly). 

I ran a test because I had a hunch.

When someone mentioned it might be related to MCCC, I thought it could be one of two things: Forced marriage or forced baby.
So the first thing I did was remove those mods. I started a new save, married Enzo and Katrina, and let them have a baby the normal way the game does it, and the baby was not born as a secret baby.

Then I added MCCC back and did the same thing. I married them normally, I didn’t force it in CAS, and Katrina got pregnant naturally, I didn’t use MCCC to make her pregnant. I did use MCCC to move her to stage 3 of the pregnancy, though. The baby was not secret.

So I did one last test. I made Katrina pregnant using MCCC and then moved her to stage 3 again. This time, the baby was born as a secret baby.

So, at least based on what I tested, babies are born as secret babies if you force the pregnancy without WooHoo:
