crinrict EA_Solaire Update: I have done further testing and have found that it is specifically Edit Kingdom Titles through the CAREER TAB of a noble that causes the titles of other worlds with nobles to re-set. Editing the titles of worlds with nobles ONLY via the crown icon on their world screens does not seem to cause this re-set problem. So, for now, I advise people not to edit titles via the career panel. Hopefully this sticks and is at least a work-around.
Also, this problem is not only caused with newly created nobles. If you edit the Capp dynasty titles via their career panel, it will aslo revert titles of noble sims in other worlds.
Thank you so much, I'm going to try this workaround. It's a really annoying and frustrating bug when you spend time customizing each kingdom's titles, and it all just reverts, its ridiculous. Then it is claimed that this issue only occurs if there are no nobles, yeah no. It constantly occurs even with a bunch of noble sims in a world.
