[RL] Extortion/Scandals Turned off but still happening

Same for me. Fully updated. No  CC or mods on this save game.  I've turned it off, turned it on, multiple times with no benefit. Still getting scandals. 

If it's relevant, my sim on this save is also stricken with other scandal related bugs, including:

1. Scandal Icon Not Going Away after time expires (for reference, she apologized & denied about 3-4 times, the time length on the scandal moodlet was all over the place, and when time expired she was left with the scandal icon and maybe even some of the effects of still having an active scandal - whenever she works from home, her boss is dissatisfied, though she was able to graduate with A+'s from university. It's been probably 6 sim weeks.
2. Creating a "scandal witness" relationship with her boyfreind, with no other active romances / no cheating involved
3. Getting scandals while on lots with the trait to prevent scandals

Played the last couple days it was turned off and nothing happened so it worked. It's my legacy save, today suddenly my married couple gets the Secret Witness sentiment all the time.
