I am playing on a Mac. This is a totally unmodded new game I just started to test this issue, which has never used any mods.
I placed a family of previously saved sims, two of whom were already Arc...
Ideas
I'm not really show how to explain this issue other than saying that I evicted all households from the world in Royalty & Legacy and then deleted them in the Household Management and the UI for the Kingdom Manager should be empty however it appears to have some UI elements remaining.
