Every time I get a promotion and the close out of the game the titles revert back to knight and dame. I am now Queen yet am showing as knight and dame.

Having this same problem. It started with the May patch, and I did not experience it before that. My sim will be Queen, level 10, when I close the game. When I load the game after starting it up again, she's reverted to Grand Duchess. This may be a display text only issue. When I mouseover the crown icon in the career panel, it still says she's level 10, it's just the displayed text that is incorrect.
