[RL] Noble title reverts to previous level

I had lost an old save right before royalty came out so the new save only had one family. I though it would be fun to play around with the titles. Some time after, one of the kids grew up and went to join another family so I started a rotation. I didn't have the 2nd family become nobles.  No issues with the noble family's titles. I then added a 3rd family, from a different world, that I did have join the nobility as I wanted one of the offspring to join the first family. After that marriage is when the resets started happening. I have two noble families in two different worlds, and a family in a 3rd world that isn't part of the nobility. The resets seem to be tied to rotating, and one time happened after a promotion, but I don't know enough about programming for that suggestion to be anything but throwing darts. This is a modded save. From the comments it sounds like it's happening in both modded and unmodded. I have not taken the time to see if it happens in an unmodded test save.
